USCIS status lookup

We collect the USCIS receipt number you enter and treat it as personally identifiable information (PII), because it relates to an individual immigration case. We use it to query case-status updates and display the response you request. Enter only your own receipt number or one you are authorized to check.

The number is transmitted over encrypted connections to the lookup server and then to the official USCIS API. The lookup does not add the receipt number or result to your separate contact request or use them for advertising.

Receipt-number storage and protection

The lookup processes your receipt number and result temporarily in browser and server memory. The lookup application does not write them to a database, browser local storage, or contact-notification emails. The result remains visible in the current page until you reset it or leave the page.

Requests and responses use no-store caching controls; integration credentials stay on the server. The endpoint validates receipt-number format, rejects requests with a different website origin, and limits request frequency to reduce abuse.

Application diagnostic messages do not intentionally record submitted receipt numbers or returned case details. These controls help protect against unauthorized access or disclosure, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Infrastructure and USCIS processing

The case-status server is configured to run in a U.S. cloud region. An independent provider operates the cloud infrastructure; Dielam does not operate that underlying infrastructure. Dielam remains responsible for this website's handling of information. This server location does not mean that every log, backup, or third-party service is processed exclusively in the United States.

The receipt number is sent in the body of the request to the server and in the request path used by the server to query USCIS. Hosting infrastructure and USCIS may process request and security records under their own policies. The application's no-store controls do not determine those providers' logging or retention practices. Contact us at dielamimmigration@gmail.com with questions about receipt-number handling.

Information we collect

When you use the status lookup, we ask for your name, phone number, and privacy consent before querying USCIS so we can follow up about document preparation. You may also submit contact forms elsewhere on the site. The USCIS receipt number and result are not attached to that contact request. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser, date, time, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information only to respond to your request, contact you about the matter submitted, provide document preparation and organization services, protect the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not request Social Security numbers, passwords, banking information, or copies of immigration documents through these forms.

Contact consent

By checking the form box, you authorize contact by call, SMS, or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message rates may apply. You may revoke consent during a call, by replying STOP to an SMS, or by emailing us at the address below.

Current service providers

Vercel hosts the website and case-status server and processes technical request data. USCIS receives the receipt number to return case-status information.

Resend delivers contact requests to Dielam's configured business email inbox. Those emails do not include the receipt number or lookup result. Google processes emails you send to our public Gmail privacy address.

Private credentials for the lookup and contact services stay on the server. Providers process information to deliver their services under their applicable privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law. External services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps, have their own policies and may receive information about your visit when you follow a link or embedded content loads.

Sale and advertising

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use information submitted through forms for targeted behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain legitimate business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we maintain about you, or withdraw contact consent, by emailing dielamimmigration@gmail.com. We may retain information required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us to request deletion.
