Website and document-preparation services
Dielam Immigration provides administrative document-preparation and organization assistance. We are not attorneys or a law firm, do not provide legal advice or legal representation, and are not USCIS or affiliated with the U.S. government. Website information is general information, not a legal opinion about your circumstances. Contact a qualified attorney or accredited representative for legal advice.
USCIS case-status lookup
The lookup uses the receipt number you submit to request case-status information from USCIS when the service is available. Enter only your own receipt number or one you are authorized to use. A displayed result is informational and is not an official notice, legal advice, or a guarantee of a decision or processing time. Check official USCIS notices and your official USCIS account for instructions and deadlines. Dielam cannot change or control USCIS decisions, records, updates, or service availability.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, attempt to access another person's information without permission, bypass security or rate limits, or disrupt the service. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, banking information, or document copies in the website contact forms.
Privacy and contact requests
The Privacy Policy explains collection and use of personal information, including USCIS receipt numbers treated as personally identifiable information (PII). A case-status request also asks for separate contact information and contact consent. Receipt numbers and case-status results are not added to that contact request. Links to USCIS and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Website features may be unavailable or interrupted; a failed lookup does not establish that a case or receipt number is invalid. You can use USCIS's official case-status service directly.
